Another 35 farmers from Doroțcaia to be able to go to grazing lands

Chisinau, 26 May /MOLDPRES/- Following a request by mayor of Doroțcaia locality, Dubăsari district, of 18 May, the Bureau for Reintegration intervened to ensure the movement of animal owners in the locality, who could not go to the grazing lands. After the actions of the bureau, another 35 residents of Dorotcaia will be able to go to desired lands, in compliance with the epidemiological rules, the Bureau for Reintegration has reported.

The bureau will further insist on ensuring free movement for farmers, one of the priorities of the Berlin Plus Package, to be able to go to their lands.

The issue was addressed by the Moldovan side in the working group on human rights, meeting held on 22 May.

The free movement of both farmers and other categories of people, such as medical staff, teachers of Romanian-language schools, people with health insurance policies, etc., was one of the main concerns of the Bureau for Reintegration since the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic.
