Prosecutor General's Office to investigate video recording from PD headquarters

Chisinau, 27 May /MOLDPRES/- The Prosecutor General's Office initiated a criminal case to investigate circumstances resulting from video recordings in which Igor Dodon allegedly had received a bag from Vlad Plahotniuc with money.
The process was initiated based on the official denunciations submitted late last week by PPDA leader Andrei Năstase and MP Iurie Reniță.
The criminal proceedings were initiated under the Article 274 of Code of Criminal Procedure, and prosecutors will conduct investigations to determine whether there is a reasonable suspicion on constituent elements of a crime in the actions of people appearing in the video.
