Chisinau city hall signs memorandum on cooperatrion with Moldova's Education, Culture and Research Ministry

Chisinau, 27 May /MOLDPRES/ - The Chisinau city hall and the Education, Culture and Research Ministry today signed a memorandum on inter-institutional cooperation on distance education. The document establishes partnership relations for the development of the efficient cooperation in the carrying out of the Digital Library Project, educatieonline.md.     

The memorandum establishes that the owner of the digital library is the Education, Culture and Research Ministry and its holder is the Chisinau city hall, which will ensure the implementation, management and work of the information system.   

The Chisinau general mayor, Ion Ceban, said that the educațieonline project was the nicest joint achievement of local public authorities from Chisinau and of the government, respectively, the competent ministry, in the last half a year.  

For its part, Education, Culture and Research Minister Igor Sarov voiced hope that, till the beginning of the 2020-2021 academic year, the digital library project would get to a nice finality, with classes made in all education disciplines, for all the I-XII forms.
