Chisinau city hall to launch three electronic management systems

Chisinau, 17 June /MOLDPRES/ - The Chisinau city hall today signed a contract with the public institution, Information Technology and Cyber Security Service, in order to launch three electronic management systems: it is about the management of documents, management of petitions and human resources’ management.    

According to the Chisinau general mayor, Ion Ceban, the information services are necessary, in order to quickly manage the documents in the Chisinau city hall and will ensure the transparency of operational processes, record, control of fulfillment, stocking and finding of documents, in any electronic format, including pictures of documents on papers.   

Ceban noted that the city hall must be an institution providing qualitative services to the Moldovan capital’s residents, even distance ones, so that people do not have to stay in long queues, in order to get a permissive act from municipal institutions. ‘’The bureaucracy and corruption will be removed from the Chisinau city hall, when we digitalize at the maximum the services provided to citizens,’’ Ceban added.

The mayor gave assurances that the documents’ processing would be possible from the mobile phone as well.
