Moldovan government approves regulation on documents of public policies

Chisinau, 17 June /MOLDPRES/ - The government, at a today’s meeting, approved a regulation on the planning, elaboration, approval, implementation, monitoring and assessment of documents of public policies.   

Under the cabinet decision, the act defines the type, structure and context of the documents of public policies and establishes the stages of planning, working out, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the documents of public policies at the level of central public administration.

„The rules and requirements submitted to the normative acts are enforced at the grounding, elaboration, approval, consultation and approval of documents of public policies, in accordance with the Law Mo 100/2017 on the normative acts,’’ the Regulation reads.

Thus, the State Chancellery will provide: the implementation, coordination and monitoring of the implementation of this decision; enforcement and observance of the procedures set for the present decision by ministries and the competent central public administration authorities; elaboration and adjusting of the needed normative and methodological framework in a period of six months after the present decision enters into force.
