The agreement, compiled by exchange of notes, is aimed at confirming the Japanese government’s openness to offer a preferential loan worth 18.7 million dollars to Moldova’s cabinet, through the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA). This money will be used for the implementation of the programme on modernization of agricultural machines and equipment from Moldova.
