Moldovan deputy premier for reintegration visits Varnita village

Chisinau, 18 June /MOLDPRES/ - Deputy Prime Minister Cristina Lesnic today paid a working visit to the Varnita village, eastern Anenii Noi district, the Reintegration Policies Bureau has reported.

The deputy premier had more meetings with officials from the Varnita mayoralty, Office of Ombudsman in the territory, deconcentrated subdivision of the Public Services Agency, as well as with the leadership of the Bender Police Inspectorate.

During discussions with representatives of the local public administration and deconcentrated services from the territory, the sides considered the present situation in the area, citizens’ problems, free movement and other relevant aspects.

An exchange of opinions was focused on the observance of human rights after the self-isolation of the Transnistrian region and extension of measures of restrictions by the de facto from the Transnistrian region.

The deputy prime minister also visited the Northern Headquarters, in order to collect facts about the way local residents are moving.
