Moldovan president announces several scenarios to overcome political situation

Chisinau, 19 June /MOLDPRES/- President Igor Dodon announced three scenarios to overcome the political situation created after the departure of several MPs from the parliamentary majority.

He said that all anti-oligarchic parties in parliament should strengthen their efforts.

"Currently, the parliament no longer corresponds to the results of the 24 February elections, and the government has limited parliamentary support. We have three possible scenarios: a minority government, a coalition between PSRM, PDM, PAS and Platform DA or these four anti-oligarchic parties meet and decide that we are going to snap polls ", he said.

Recently, another PDM MP announced he was leaving the party, thus the parliamentary majority with only 50 seats in parliament.
