As many as 351 new COVID-19 cases recorded in Moldova in last 24 hours

Chisinau, 23 June /MOLDPRES/ -As many as 1,787 biological samples have been processed in Moldova in the last 24 hours, of which 351 ones proved to be positive. Thus, there are 14,714 confirmed cases of new-type coronavirus in all today.

According to data by the Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry (MSMPS), 350 cases registered today are with local transmission and one case is of import.

Twenty four out of the cases recorded today are medical employees: 10 physicians, 10 medical assistants, one doctor’s or surgeon’s assistant and three auxiliary staff employees.

At the same time, MSMPS today informed that today another six persons had died of the complications triggered by COVID-19; there are 490 people dead of this virus and 8,212 people have been healed in all.
