Moldovan government approves state order of training specialty staff according to professions

Chisinau, 24 June /MOLDPRES/ - The government, at a today’s meeting, approved a decision on the plans (state order) of training specialty staff according to professions, specialties in the vocational education institutions for the 2020-2021 school year.
Thus, the cabinet members approved the plans of admission (state order), with state budget financing, in the secondary vocational education and dual education; the plan of admission, with state budget financing, to secondary vocational education for the professional training of convicted people; plan of admission, with state budget financing, to the post-secondary vocational education and non-tertiary post-secondary education; plan of admission, with state budget financing, to the post-secondary vocational education and non-tertiary post-secondary education, dual education; contract-based plan of admission, with the payment of the education fee, including for private institutions, for the 2020-2021 school year.
„The Education, Culture and Research Ministry (MECC), Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry, Interior Ministry and Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment Ministry, based on the criteria established by the legislation, will provide: the admission to education according to the admission plans, within the limits of the general resources approved to this end, under the legislation; distribution of places with budgetary financing in accordance with the profile of the education institutions; distribution of places with budgetary financing to people with disabilities, in line with the legislation; use of state budget allocations only for training specialty staff with budgetary financing (state order), and their redirecting for training staff who study under contract is banned,’’ the cabinet decision reads.
At the same time, MECC is allowed to redirect the places with budgetary financing for the syllabi of vocational education through dual education, within the limits of the places approved for the syllabi.
