New version of e-Invoice to be launched in Moldova as of 1 July 2020

Chisinau, 25 July /MOLDPRES/ - A new version of the Automated Information System (SIA) e-Invoice will be available starting from 1 July 2020. The system’s platform will be updated for this and the way of integration of accounting systems with e-Invoice will be simplified and the current functionalities will be improved.
The string of new functionalities sees: showing and validation of the number and date of the contract on public procurements, registered within the Information System of the State Treasury; establishing the date of issuance of the fiscal invoice for the future, with the observance and in the term set according to legislative and normative acts; establishing the date of delivery of the fiscal invoice for past and future, with the observance and in the term set according to legislative and normative acts; centralized amendment of the date of delivery and date of issuance of a string of fiscal invoices; development of the functionality of selecting the number of electronic signatures necessary to be applied on the fiscal invoice (one or two) for each user and of the one of automated identification by the system of the number of the signature put.
The new options also include the attaching of necessary documents to the fiscal invoice, such as the shipment slips, certificates of compliance, delivery-receipt acts, etc.; downloading the list/register of fiscal invoices issued by the provider and of the fiscal invoices received by the buyer; establishing the formulas of calculation for the cells of the fiscal invoice, which allow inverted automated calculation; excluding the fields of showing the IBAN code for the Buyer and Carrier.
„The switch to the new version of the system, with the stage of data transfer, will be made on 1 July, between 00:05 and 9L00,’’ the State Fiscal Service (SFS) said.
In this context, SFS demands ‘’finishing all actions of registration, signing, shipment and acceptance of fiscal invoices till the aforementioned time.’’
