Decision No19 of 27 June 2020 of National Commission of Public Health

Chisinau, 28 June /MOLDPRES/- Under the Article 58 of the Law No10/2009 on state supervision of public health (Official Journal 2009 No67, Article 183), as amended, at the proposal of director of the National Agency for Public Health, following the analysis of the current epidemiological situation, the National Commission for Public Health decides:
1. The activity of the recreational areas included in the CAEM code 93.21 - Fairs and amusement parks is prohibited.
2. Depending on the evolution of the epidemiological situation of COVID-19 infection, restrictive measures will be reviewed.
3. The territorial commissions of public health will ensure the review of all approved decisions / instructions, bringing them in line with the decisions of the National Commission of public health of Moldova.
4. Failure to comply with the public health measures set out in this decision is danger to public health and will serve as a basis for the prosecution of contraventional and / or criminal liability.
5. This Decision shall enter into force upon issuance and shall be published on the official website of the government.
