Chisinau kindergarten ready to receive children

Chisinau, 29 June /MOLDPRES/- Kindergartens in Chisinau have purchased all materials to prevent coronavirus infection and are ready to receive children.
Chisinau mayor Ion Ceban said that the municipality has taken all measures to prepare the opening preschool institutions. "In the 126 early education institutions in the capital, where over 32,300 children are enrolled, material goods worth 4 million 442 thousand lei were purchased," Ceban said.
He said that the decision for reopening kindergartens will be taken by the National Commission for Public Health.
President Igor Dodon said today after the weekly meeting with Prime Minister and Speaker that the number of diseases with the new coronavirus is decreasing and the infection rate is also decreasing. This makes it possible to discuss the possibility of opening pre-school institutions after 15 July.
"Kindergartens will first open in rural areas and then open in cities," he said.
