The message reads:
„Dear Fiscal Employees,
Today, 1 July 2020, the State Fiscal Service turns 30 years. The Fiscal Service actually shows Moldova’s history. They have been quite various 30 years; there were both good and bad things, there were both achievements and steps back. Presently, while considering the role and functionality of the State Fiscal Service, we can find out that we have a functional, efficient and competent institution.
The investment climate and the one of carrying out the entrepreneurial activity in Moldova depend, to a great extent, on your competence and wisdom. The intensity of modernization of a wide range of public services depends on your capacity to be innovative and to adopt new technologies.
The proposals made by the Fiscal Service’s employees in the last years have allowed substantially improving the national fiscal norms and the results of the Service’s work allowed the state to pay in time the salaries, pensions and allowances to about one million citizens of Moldova and to fulfill the financial commitments in time. Your efficiency has made possible public investments in education, in roads’ construction and supporting young specialists.
Yet, we are still at the beginning of the way. We still have much to do to get Moldova closer to the European living standards and cease the leaving of young people.
At its 30 years, the State Fiscal Service has needed experience and competence to prompt an essential qualitative progress in the fiscal administration and create an authentic partnership between the state, citizens and the business environment. We are the elements of a whole.
Dear Fiscal Employees,
The progress is prompted by those who are permanently sure that it is room for the better and look for solutions to improve the procedures and instruments enforced.
I call on you to continuously pursue the fulfilling of the needs of the people who interacted with the Fiscal Service and take into account that we are members of a society. I take advantage of the occasion and wish you inspiration and success in the work, widely appreciated by the society.
I wish you good health, peace and well-being!’’
