Mayoralty of Chisinau municipality's settement enters quarantine

Chisinau, 2 July /MOLDPRES/ - The mayoralty of Sangera settlement, Chisinau municipality, has entered quarantine till 12 July, after one of employee of the institution was diagnosed with the new-type coronavirus.
Under the decision by the Sangera mayoralty, quarantine regime is established at this mayoralty and the access of private people and legal entities to this institution is banned. At the same time, all people who got in touch with the person declared positive for the COVID-19 test will be in self-isolation regime at home. The decision issued by the settlement’s mayor sets regime of self-isolation of the institution’s employees till 12 July.
We remind that this is not the first case of infection with coronavirus in Sangera. The settlement’s mayor, Valeriu Popa, on 23 March 2020 announced the first case of infection with COVID-19.
The Sangera settlement is part of the Chisinau city and consists of the Dobrogea and Revaca villages. The three communities have more than 15,000 residents in all.
