The ground from Sangerei has an area of seven hectares and is in the immediate neighbourhood of the republican road R14. Investments worth about 318,000 lei are needed for bringing the infrastructures.

The government plans to create 16 PIM in Moldova’s districts. The districts’ industrialization has the goal to create attractive and stable jobs, which is to give possibility of professional growth for specialists, especially for young people. Presently, most industrial production is concentrated in the Chisinau city – 54 per cent and Balti city – 12 per cent.

PM Chicu referred to PIM, in the context of the regional development and ceasing the young people leaving the country: ‘’The idea of creating industrial platforms is very good. This is a solution to the old problems of Moldova – the lack of stabile and quality jobs and people’s exodus. If there is openness on behalf of the residents and wish on behalf of the authorities, investors come. We have both openness and wish. We allocated 50 million lei for the arrangement of grounds and their preparation for transmitting them to investors for use. We will quickly move in this direction.’’
