Chisinau, 6 July /MOLDPRES/ - The parties still have one week at their disposal to present the financial report for the first half of 2020.
The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) informs that the political formations registered in Moldova are obliged to present, till 15 July 2020, the report on the financial management for the first half of this year.
According to the Commission, the reporting will be made both in electronic format, trough the Control Financiar (Financial Control) information system and on paper, according to the models of documents from the annexes of the regulation on the political parties’ activity, approved through the CEC decision No 4401 from 23 December 2015; subsequently they will be made public, being placed at the column Financial Reports on the official page of the Central Electoral Commission.
The electoral authority draws political parties’ attention that the non-presentation of the report on the financial management in the term and form established under the law, including the presentation of incomplete data, represents infringement of the legal provisions on the financial management of the political parties, which is regarded as contravention and is liable to civil responsibility.
