Moldova's Audiovisual Council has three new members

Chisinau, 9 July /MOLDPRES/ - The lawmakers today took note of the resignations of the members of the Audiovisual Council (CA), Dorina Curnic, Veronica Cojocaru and Olga Gututui and appointed there new members instead.

During September-November 2019, those three CA members submitted the applications on resignation from the office held.

Under the same decision, the lawmakers backed the appointment of three new members of the Audiovisual Council: Ala Ursu-Antoci and Larisa Manole – for the left duration of the mandate till 7 December 2023, as well as Ion Robu – for the left period of the mandate till 3 April 2021. The candidacies were put to nominal voting.

The concerned decision was worked out following the holding of a public contest for filling the vacant positions of Council members.
