Moldovan parliament makes amendments to law on cadastre of real estate

Chisinau, 16 July /MOLDPRES/ - The cadastral record will be improved all over Moldova. The MPs today approved amendments to the law on cadaster of real estate in the first reading.

Following the amendments approved, the necessary legal framework will be created for the finalization of the cadaster of real estate all over the country, which is to be carried out within a project implemented on foreign money.

Also today, the lawmakers voted amendments to a string of normative acts, meant to optimize the policies in the field of regulation through authorization of the entrepreneurial activity. The amendments will have a positive impact on the development of the real estate market, real estate cadaster, geodesic and map-drawing system and through which the continuity of the process of certification of specialists in the sector will be ensured.
