As many as 135 new COVID-19 cases recorded in Moldova in last 24 hours

Chisinau, 20 July /MOLDPRES/ - As many as 679 biological samples have been processed in Moldova in the last 24 hours, of which 135 ones proved to be positive. Thus, there are 21,115 COVID-19 cases registered in Moldova in all today.

According to the data by the Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry (MSMPS), one out of all cases is of import (the United Kingdom).

Five out of all people confirmed are medical employees: 2 physicians and 3 medical assistants.

A number of 14,467 people have been treated of COVID-19 so far.

At the same time, MSMPS informs about the registration of another seven deaths triggered by the new-type coronavirus and there are 695 people dead of this virus in all, of whom 29 medical employees.
