Moldovan parliament's spring-summer session ends

Chisinau, 21 July /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament held its last meeting of the spring-summer session on 20 July.  

In the end of the meeting, Parliament Speaker Zinaida Greceanii thanked the MPs for participation in the session and wished them success in the legislative and political activity.   

At the same time, the speaker urged her colleagues to continue the work within the standing commissions, especially on the draft laws in legislative procedure.

Under the parliament’s regulation, the legislative body convenes at two ordinary sessions per year. The spring session starts in February and cannot exceed the end of July. The autumn session begins in September and cannot exceed December.
