Moldovan diplomacy head receives Russian ambassador

Chisinau, 21 July /MOLDPRES/ - Foreign Affairs and European Integration Minister Oleg Tulea received Ambassador of Russia Oleg Vasnetsov today. The officials discussed up-to-date subjects on the agenda of the Moldovan-Russian relations in the political, economic and social sectors, the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry’s press service has reported.

The minister referred to actions planned for the next period, highlighting, in particular, the importance of holding an ordinary meeting of the Moldovan-Russian inter-governmental commission for economic cooperation. Oleg Tulea confirmed willingness for an active dialogue between the two foreign affairs ministries in the format of the inter-ministerial consultations.

Also, the two officials tackled aspects on cooperation within regional organizations.
