Moldovan president gives keys of parliament to family from Chisinau

Chisinau, 22 July /MOLDPRES/ - President Igor Dodon today offered the keys of a three-chamber apartment, situated in the Rascani district of Chisinau, to the family Ciornenco from the capital, in which four children live without mother, the presidential press service has reported.

To this end, about two months ago, the head of state launched a fundraising campaign for the purchasing of a dwelling for Vladimir Ciornenco and the four children whom he brings up with great difficulty alone. Given that the family did not have its own home, some of the children were living with the grandparents on behalf of the father, and the others – with the grandparents on behalf of the mother.

The Moldovan president thanked those who reacted promptly to the call launched within the national fundraising campaign and contributed to the coming true of the greatest wish of the Ciornenco family.

„I will always be by the side of those in need! The good deeds will continue!’’ the head of state stressed.
