As many as 378 new COVID-19 cases recorded in Moldova in last 24 hours

Chisinau, 24 July /MOLDPRES/ - About 1,789 biological samples have been processed in Moldova in the last 24 hours, of which 378 ones proved to be positive. Thus, there are 22,483 COVID-19 cases registered in Moldova in all today.

According to the data by the Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry (MSMPS), five out of all cases are of import (France – 1, Germany -1, Ukraine -1, Romania -2).

Twenty nine out of all people confirmed are medical employees: 4 physicians, 24 medical assistants and one auxiliary staff member.

A number of 15,407 people infected with COVID-19 have been healed so far.

At the same time, MSMPS informs about the registration of another five deaths triggered by the new-type coronavirus and there are 726 people dead of this virus in all.
