Moldovan foreign affairs minister thanks European Union for macro-financial assistance worth 100 million euros

Chisinau, 24 July /MOLDPRES/ - The European Union’s extraordinary macro-financial assistance worth 100 million euros for Moldova, implementation by the country of the Association Agreement, as well as other subjects of the EU-Moldova relation today were tackled by Foreign Affairs and European Integration Minister Oleg Tulea and Head of the EU Delegation in Moldova Peter Michalko, the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry’s press service has reported.
The Moldovan diplomacy head noted that the goal of European integration and implementation of the Association Agreement, through the light of reforms, represented a constant concern of the Moldovan authorities.
Ole Tulea appreciated the European Union’s prompt assistance, in the context of the pandemic crisis situation and the generous support provided to Moldova’s health system and local beneficiaries.
The officials also discussed Moldova’s priorities within the Eastern Partnership.
