Chisinau Court of Appeal has new president

Chisinau, 28 July /MOLDPRES/ - Vladislav Clima today was elected as president of the Chisinau Court of Appeal. A decision to this effect was taken at a meeting of the Supreme Council of Magistracy (CSM) and the candidacy is to be put forward to parliament for approval.   

Nine CSM members voted for the candidacy of Clima. He has worked as judge since 2006 and was promoted to the Chisinau Court of Appeal in 2017.  

Also today, the members of the Supreme Council of Magistracy appointed two deputy presidents at the Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ): Nadejda Toma, who has worked as judge at this court so far and Tamara Chisca-Doneva. Their candidacies are to be approved by the parliament.
