Chisinau city hall, Association of Investors from Romania in Moldova sign cooperation agreement

Chisinau, 29 July /MOLDPRES/ - The Chisinau city hall and the Association of Investors from Romania in Moldova on 28 July signed a cooperation agreement, in order to promote opportunities of development of the business environment in the Chisinau city.   

The sides’ cooperation sectors regard: collaboration in the field of expertise at the working out of draft legal acts concerning the work of the business environment; consultation to identify solutions to problems faced by the business environment; launch of projects of common interest, which would allow getting local, as well as foreign financing sources; promoting good entrepreneurship and local economic development practices; participation in the process of revising the policy of taxation and providing expertise as to the eventual impact of the local business environment; cooperation in the field of implementation of local strategies and programmes with direct impact on the economic growth, with the participation of business environment, etc.        

The executive director of the Association of Romanian Investors, Daniel-Vasile Nutiu, said that the local public authorities were the ones providing continuity to the business environment and that both investors from Romania and the city hall would take advantage of this cooperation. ‘’We want to have possibility to carry out our activity in a predictable way, in an environment where we are to have discussion partners and to listen to the wishes of our partners,’’ Daniel Nutiu said.    

For his part, the Chisinau general mayor, Ion Ceban, said that he wanted ‘’this cooperation to develop and to be able to be useful for each other.’’
