Law on voluntariate amended in Moldova

Chisinau, 30 July /MOLDPRES/ - The decree on promulgation and the law on the amendment of the Article 9 from the law of voluntariate will be published in the 31 July issue of Moldova’s Official Journal.

The document sees that the way of organization and work of this body will be established under government decision. The latter will clearly set the mission, basic duties, principal powers, general rights and other issues on the organization of the institution’s activity.

The government, in a period of nine months after the entrance into force of the current law, will elaborate and approve the normative acts necessary for the enforcement of the present law’s provisions.
