As many as 396 new COVID-19 cases recorded in Moldova in last 24 hours

Chisinau, 30 July /MOLDPRES/ - As many as 1,992 biological samples have been processed in Moldova in the last 24 hours, of which 396 ones proved to be positive. Thus, there are 24,343 COVID-19 cases registered in Moldova in all today. Three out of all cases are of import.

According to the data by the Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry (MSMPS), the import cases are from Belgium -1, France – 1 and Romania – 1.

Twenty out of the cases recorded today are medical employees: 8 physicians, 11 medical assistants and one auxiliary staff member.

A number of 17,040 people have been healed of COVID-19 till present.

At the same time, MSMPS informs about the registration of another nine deaths triggered by the new-type coronavirus and thus, there are 771 people dead of this virus in all.
