Promoting foreign trade, industry as priority on agenda of diplomatic missions abroad - Moldova's foreign minister says

Chisinau, 14 August /MOLDPRES/- Strengthening cooperation in the economic diplomacy and ways to increase activities to promote domestic producers abroad was the topic of discussion by Foreign and European Integration Minister Oleg Tulea and head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sergiu Harea, MAEIE’s press service has reported.

He reiterated the ministry's readiness to promote domestic companies in activities organized by diplomatic missions abroad, as well as to provide the necessary assistance in setting up new cooperation relations and strengthening existing ones with external partners, especially chambers of commerce and industry.

Sergiu Harea informed the minister about the difficulties in the business environment in Moldova, in terms of members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, thus supporting the proposal to cooperate and implement measures to counteract the adverse economic consequences caused by the pandemic impact on the economy.
