Moldovan government approves concept of automated information system Electronic Register of Employees

Chisinau, 10 September /MOLDPRES/ - The government today approved the concept of the automated information system, Electronic register of employees.
According to the state secretary at the Finance Ministry, Tatiana Ivanicichina, the concept proposes the establishment of an information system which will allow automating the processes of record of the employed people. ‘’The system will ensure the preservation of the history related to the labour relations and will facilitate the access to data in real time; this fact will contribute to combating the phenomenon of ‘’envelope salaries’’ and the unregistered labour,’’ the official said.
The use of the automated information system, Electronic register of employees, is proposed to be compulsory as of 1 January 2021 for the Finance Ministry and the institutions subordinated, Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry, National Social Insurances House and National Health Insurances Company and beginning with 1 July 2021 – for all public authorities.
