More people receive state distinctions in Moldova

Chisinau, 11 September /MOLDPRES/ - President Igor Dodon awarded high state distinctions to a group of citizens, under earlier signed decrees, at an official ceremony held at the Presidency today.

According to the presidential press service, more employees of Moldova’s medical system received orders and medals. During years, they distinguished themselves through long-lasting and prodigious work in the health care sector, substantial contribution to the implementation of advanced forms and ways of treatment and for self-denial and abnegation proved in the medical act.

The head of state thanked everybody for the work carried out with self-denial. Igor Dodon said that the development of the medical system was a priority for the Moldovan leadership, noting that more concrete actions had been undertaken to this end, including ones of increasing salaries.
