Projects worth 100 million lei developed in villages of Chisinau municipality

Chisinau, 16 September /MOLDPRES/- Chisinau city hall has allocated about 100 million lei for the development of infrastructure projects in cities and villages within the municipality.

Chisinau mayor Ion Ceban said today that most projects started in the villages refer to the construction / repair of aqueduct and sewerage networks, rehabilitation of schools and kindergartens, repair of roads and access roads, rehabilitation of public street lighting network.

He noted “Chisinau city hall applies a new financing formula for localities, by distributing the allocations according to the priority of needs”.

According to Ceban, in several villages, the projects have already been completed, so the public street lighting in Grătiești is ready; the roads in Ciorescu village were repaired, the storm sewerage network in Codru was rehabilitated; the roof of the primary school in Băcioi was repaired; block B of Stefan Voda high school in Vadul lui Voda town was thermally insulated; the construction of the aqueduct in Cruzești village was completed.
