Moldovan president hands high state distinctions to group of citizens

Chisinau, 19 September /MOLDPRES/ - President Igor Dodon, at an 18 September official ceremony, handed high state distinctions to a group of citizens, under earlier signed decrees.

According to the presidential press service, orders and medals were awarded to ordinary citizens, who work in various sectors and during years distinguished themselves through long-lasting and assiduous labour, veterans of power-wielding forces who contributed to the education of the young generation in the military and patriotic spirit, employees of Moldova’s National Anticorruption Centre who participated in the combating of economic crimes and corruption, customs employees who helped ensure the state’s economic security.

The head of state thanked everybody for the prodigious activity they carry out, wishing them well-being, achievements and success.
