Moldova to get 9 million-euro-grant from EU to fight COVID-19

Chisinau, 24 September /MOLDPRES/- The 25 September Official Journal will publish the decision to sign the financing agreement between the Moldovan government and the European Commission on the implementation of the project EU4Moldova, Facility to support the health system's response to COVID-19 and reforms under the Association Agreement.

The European Union will provide a grant worth nine million euros to Moldova to help the health system fight against COVID-19 pandemic.

According to the briefing note to the decision, the initiative to provide financial support to our country belongs to the European Commission.
