COVID-19: list of states for which self-isolation is imposed while entering Moldova

Chisinau, 25 September /MOLDPRES/ - The Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry (MSMPS) today updated the list of states for which the self-isolation regime is imposed at the entering of Moldova starting from 28 September 2020.
The list is made up of 62 states, among which there are Romania, Russia and Ukraine.
The list is worked out in accordance with the point 5.1 of the National Extraordinary Public Health Commission’s Decision No 26 from 21 August 2020, is updated once in 14 days on Friday and enters into force starting from the Monday of the next week.
The index for the inclusion in the list of states for which the self-isolation regime is imposed at the entrance of people in Moldova represents the incidence of COVID-19 cases higher or equal to 50 cases per 100,000 residents.
According to the Health Ministry, all people who cross the state border to enter Moldova and come directly from or transit the states described as ‘’Red Zone’’ will compulsorily fill in an epidemiological card and will observe the 14-days-long self-isolation regime.
