Moldovan capital's Extraordinary Public Health Commission prepares recommendations, restrictions for pandemic period

Chisinau, 20 November /MOLDPRES/ - The Extraordinary Public Health Commission of the Chisinau municipality, at a today’s meeting, prepared a string of recommendations and restrictions for the pandemic period, which will be made public in the end of the next week.

According to the local public administration, unexpected controls will be made in markets, shops, trade centres, restaurants, sport halls on Saturday and Sunday, in order to see how the safety norms are preserved (thermometry, disinfectants, distance envisaged, wearing masks).

At the same time, the local authorities suggest revising the working schedule of the institutions, in order to have a smaller number of people in the public transport, plus the compulsory wearing of masks.

The decisions by the Extraordinary Public Health Commission of the Chisinau municipality will be taken after the evaluation of the situation on the spot and public consultations they will have with HoReCa representatives. On 27 November, the Commission will hold a new meeting and will decide what measures the city hall is to take.
