Official Journal published draft law on social insurance budget

Chisinau, 2 December /MOLDPRES/- The draft law on state social insurance budget for 2021, voted by the government was published in the Official Journal today.
The state social insurance budget for 2021 was estimated at revenues and expenditures worth 25 billion lei and is calculated given the state budget amounting to about 3.2 billion lei to cover the deficit means.
Under the draft, the revenues of the state social insurance budget for 2021 are estimated with an increase of 1.6 billion lei. The general resources of the state social insurance budget will be 61.1% and transfers from the state budget - 38.9%.
The total expenditures of the state social insurance budget for 2021, included in the program 90 Social protection were forecast in the amount of 25.1 billion lei.
Compulsory state social insurance contributions were forecast in the amount of over 15 billion lei, increasing by about 1 billion lei (7.5%) more than the amount of contributions specified for 2020. Transfers received under the budget national public, forecast for 2021 were included in the volume of 9.7 billion lei.
In 2021, the government comes with increased allocations for all beneficiaries of social benefits, including veterans.
Also starting with 1 January 2021, the right to monthly state allowances for new categories of population in the amount of 300 lei is established.
