Composition of Moldovan parliament's standing bureau amended

Chisinau, 3 December /MOLDPRES/ - The MPs today voted for the amendment of the composition of the parliament’s standing bureau.

Under the parliament decision, besides the ex-officio members, two out of the ten members of the standing bureau will belong to the Party of Socialists (PSRM) and the other factions and parliamentary groups will have one member each.

Thus, the MP of the Pentru Moldova (For Moldova) parliamentary platform, Serghei Sirbu, will be a member of the new composition and the Pro Moldova parliamentary group is to decide whether it will put forward somebody for the standing bureau.

Also today, the lawmakers approved in the first reading the draft law on the work of the languages spoken in Moldova and the draft law on the amendment and completion of Moldova’s code of media audiovisual services, which sees the re-broadcasting of Russian programmes.
