Products made in Moldova to be more present in shops

Chisinau, 4 December /MOLDPRES/ - Not less than 50 per cent of the linear length of the shelves from shops will be meant for the display and sale of products made in Moldova. The parliament today approved a draft law which sees new conditions for the carrying out of the domestic trade.
At the same time, the lawmakers propose the capping of commercial cuts for food products (not more than 10 per cent), in order to balance the power of negotiation of the contracting sides.
As for the period of invoices’ payment, the draft establishes more terms, depending on the rotation of sale of products, proceeding from their validity term – 7, 30 and 45 calendar days.
