Moldovan foreign affairs minister has phone conversation with counterpart from Emirates

Chisinau, 4 December /MOLDPRES/ - Foreign Affairs and European Integration Minister Aureliu Ciocoi today had a phone conversation with Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), His Highness Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The officials discussed aspects of the Moldovan-Emirates cooperation, including possibilities of mutual support within the international organizations, the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry’s (MAEIE) press service has reported.
The Moldovan diplomacy head expressed thanks to UAE for the valuable assistance provided by the government of this country to the national health system, through the supply of a consignment of antigen tests worth 1 million dollars.
The two foreign ministers agreed on strengthening the political dialogue and boosting the bilateral commercial and economic relations, especially through attracting investments from UAE in diverse economic projects of Moldova.
Aureliu Ciocoi noted that, practically, the development of the Moldova-Emirates relations would be advantaged through organizing high-level visits, extending the bilateral legal framework and enhancing the contacts between business people from both states. At the same time, the Moldovan official conveyed to his counterpart from the United Arab Emirates an invitation to pay an official visit to Moldova.
