Chisinau, 15 July /MOLDPRES/ - The Constitutional Court (CCM) today validated the MP mandate for Roman Rosca, alternate candidate on the list of the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS).
The lawmaker mandate became vacant, after MP Dorel Iurcu had submitted application on resignation, as the mandate of mayor of the Horodiste commune, Rezina district, was validated for him.
Thus, the vacant mandate was assigned to the next candidate on the electoral list of PAS – Roman Rosca, who held the position of councilor in the Chisinau Municipal Council.
The CCM’s ruling enters into force on the date of adoption and is published in Moldova’s Official Journal (Monitorul Oficial).
