Travel cards for public transport can be purchased at post offices from Moldovan capital

Chisinau, 15 July /MOLDPRES/ - The travel cards for public transport can be purchased at post offices from the capital and its suburbs. A contract on distribution and sale of travel cards today was signed by the Chisinau Electric Transport Administration (RTEC) and the Posta Moldovei (Moldova’s Post) State Enterprise.

According to the city hall, travel cards for all categories of passengers will be able to be bought at post offices. At the same time, people can buy travel cards at sale points from the Moldpresa network, at the parks of buses and trolley buses.

The new travel cards for trolley bus and bus have been commercialized since 25 June 2022. On this period, about 47,000 travel cards have been sold. The most demanded travel cards are the ones for the period of 6 months, one month, followed by the ones for 3 months.
