Moldovan parliament ratifies convention on avoidance of double taxation between Moldova and France

Chisinau, 15 July /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament today ratified the convention between the governments of Moldova and France on the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of the fiscal evasion and fraud as to the income tax.    

The document’s goal is to development the economic relations between the two countries, both in the field of double taxation of private people and legal entities and in order to attract foreign investments.  

The Finance Ministry will be in charge of the implementation of the Convention’s provisions.

The draft on the Convention’s ratification was backed with the votes of 71 MPs.
