Candu informed that he would sent to IMF a request regarding on the evaluation of the situation at the National Bank on 11 September. „The Banca de Economiii (Saving Bank) has been robbed since 2000. I am the one who will demand that the banks no longer be owned by the state,” Candu added.

Protesters demanded organisation of snap elections in March 2016 and reformation of the state's institutions till then. ”We have enough time til next March to get the desired reforms and to be able to organise fair elections,” one of protesters' representative, Andrei Nastase, said.

Liliana Palihovici also provided a string of arguments against organising possible snap elections and highlighted that all social issues pointed out by protesters would be examined by MPs.
