Chisinau, 8 October /MOLDPRES/ - The Foreign and European Integration Ministry (MAEIE) informs about the entrance into force of an agreement between the governments of Moldova and Ecuador on citizens' visa free travels, signed in Chisinau on 30 October 2012, the MAEIE information and media communication service has reported.
Thus, the citizens of both states are exempted from the obligation to have a visa to enter, quit, transit and remain on the territory of the other state for a period of up to 90 days during six months after the date of the first entrance.
At the same time, MAEIE warns that the exemption from the the obligation to hold visas does not give the citizens of a state right to be employed on the territory of another state. The needed requirements for the labour, education, research, family reintegration and long-term stay visas are regulated by the provisions of the national education.
