Moldovan foreign minister receives congratulation messages from Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese counterparts

Chisinau, 16 February /MOLDPRES/-Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign and European Integration Minister Andrei Galbur received congratulation messages on his appointment to office from his Indonesian, Chinese and Japanese counterparts, the Foreign and European Integration Ministry’s information and media communication service has reported.

In his message, Indonesian Foreign Minister Retno L. P. Marsudi voiced confidence that Moldovan-Indonesian ties would further enlarge and consolidate for the benefit of both countries.

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi highly praised the positive dynamics of Moldovan-Chinese friendship and cooperation ties, voicing his availability for a tight collaboration with his Moldovan counterpart and a further development of both countries’ bilateral ties.

For his part, Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida touched upon Galbur’s recent visit to Tokyo in his tenure of foreign minister, in the context of the efforts taken to enhance Moldovan-Japanese friendship and cooperation ties. According to him, the recent opening of diplomatic missions in Tokyo and Chisinau is a remarkable event in the history of the Moldovan-Japanese collaboration, reiterating his commitment to lead a tight cooperation with his Moldovan counterpart, in order to consolidate mutual friendship ties between both states.
