Moldovan government approves staff reshuffling in ministries, subordinated institutions

Chisinau, 24 February /MOLDPRES/ - The government today appointed Dumitru Parfentiev as director general of the National Health Insurances Company (CNAM). Parfentiev has earlier held more offices, including at the Information Technology and Communications Ministry.
After Mircea Buga’s resignation from the position of CNAM head in early February 2016 and his appointment as chief state adviser of the prime minister in charge of the health care and social development sector, CNAM remained without director general.
Eremei Piseajniuc was appointed chief state adviser in the field of fighting corruption and the law-enforcement bodies.
The cabinet approved Octavian Mahu for the post of head of the Balti-based territorial office of the State Chancellery, government’s representative in the territory. Mahu took over the position from Anatolie Harcenco, dismissed from office.
The government also approved a decision on recalling Valeriu Gheorghiu from the office of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Spain, in connection with the expiration of his mandate.
