Moldovan foreign minister attends ministerial meeting on UNDP’s 50th anniversary

Chisinau, 24 February /MOLDPRES/-Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign and European Integration Andrei Galbur attends the ministerial meeting on the occasion of the United Nations Development Programme’s (UNDP) 50th anniversary, in New York today, the Foreign and European Integration Ministry’s information and media communication service has reported.

Attending the event hosted by UNDP Administrator Helen Clark, are more than 80 foreign, economics, development and finance ministers. The high officials will unveil the experience of their countries’ cooperation with UNDP to achieve national development goals. The officials will also approach current challenges and opportunities in the implementation of 2030 agenda on sustainable development, as well as the UNDP role in achieving the goals on this agenda.
