The Botanical Garden (Institute) of the Academy of Sciences (ASM) holds a national contest for pupils, titled „Natura în ochii copiilor” (Nature in children’s eyes), on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the setting up of the first research institutions and 55th anniversary of ASM’s foundation.
The contest is held on 10 – 25 March.

A national contest of masters-instructors for the professions of electric and gas welder (processing metals) and carpenter (processing wood) starts in the southern Causeni town, at 10:00.

2. Moldovan missions abroad
Prime Minister Pavel Filip pays a 14-16 March visit to Brussels, to participate in the second meeting of the Moldova – European Union Association Council.
